MembraneSpectralAnalysis is an MDAnalysis tool to perform membrane spectral analysis from Molecular Dynamics simulations. The core structure of this project is derived from MembraneCurvature with additional inspiration from calculate-bilayer-power-spectrum.

Features

With MembraneSpectralAnalysis you can:

  • Obtain regular mesh surfaces for each leaflet of the bilayer
  • Calculate the height field and corresponding height power spectrum
